State police charge Brewster man in alleged forgery
BREWSTER, N.Y. — New York State Police charged a Brewster man in connection with an alleged forgery Tuesday. According to police, Fredi Espana , 34, was charged with second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and second-degree criminal impersonation.
